The Inspection Trip is a cost effective, enjoyable and flexible way to view a selection of properties when you are considering buying. Our trips leave almost everyday from most UK airports which makes it convenient for you our Client. You usually need to plan a minimum of a 3 night stay and for some countries (i.e. Florida) a 4 to 5 night stay. Your tour can start on a weekday or the weekend. For whichever country you are thinking of travelling to, we will arrange a personal 1 to 1 tour that is tailor-made to suit YOU and meets both your own timetable and your individual needs. You will usually be met at the airport and taken to your hotel and once you have settled in to your room, a meeting with our local representative will enable them to show you a wide range of properties that meet the brief you have given us. During your stay you will also be shown the region so that you have a true picture of the range of facilities, restaurants, shops and amenities including some of the more famous tourist sites and attractions. Particularly useful if this is your first trip to that area or even for the more seasoned traveller a chance to find some of those hidden treasures that only the "locals" know about. We also welcome those travellers who have booked their own flights and wish to travel under their own steam, who are perhaps staying with friends and don’t want a formal tour. That’s fine - just let us know when and where and we will make all the arrangements for you, collect you from your hotel or friends house. Our representative will show you around for the day or however long you wish. When you have found the ideal property our representative will make all the necessary arrangements for you. Complete the reservation contract, introduce you to a solicitor; open a Bank Account and any other local requirement. When it is time we will take you back to the airport to commence your journey to the UK, happy in the knowledge that you chose Platinum Overseas Properties.
